Wellbeing for doctors

Disabled Doctors Network (DDN)

The DDN is a team of medical students, current and retired doctors with lived experience of long term health conditions (LTC) and/or disabilities.  Their website is continually updated to provide current and useful advice on a variety of topics relevant for someone with an LTC/disability who is considering entering, or who is already a part of, the medical profession.

You can contact the DDN through their website for questions and requests for individual support.  They also form a working group and work with a number of key organisations to improve medical training and employment for people with LTC’s/disabilities.
