Fellowship Growth & Success Manager (Application is now closed)

We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Program Manager to lead sales, customer success, and community engagement for this growing program.

Location: 

Remote (UK-Based Preferred) with occasional in-person events in London/South East

Commitment: 

Part-Time Freelance (16–25 hours/week) with scope to grow

Salary: 

£37,000-£50,000/FTE + Commission

Our flagship Doctors in Industry Fellowship supports doctors transitioning into high-value, non-clinical roles.

We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Program Manager to lead sales, Fellow success, community engagement and support the launch of a new exciting program.

Your Role

Sales:

  • Manage leads, nurture relationships, and successfully onboard new Fellows
  • Report on sales metrics and outcomes.

Fellow Success:

  • Onboard new fellows and ensure a seamless program experience – ensuring they are well positioned to get the results they want quickly
  • Join and contribute to our online mentoring sessions (typically 2 Wednesdays per month, 7–8:30 pm)


Community Engagement:

  • Foster a thriving fellow community through events, discussions, and networking and online platforms.
  • Represent the Fellowship at in-person events (London/South East, twice annually).
  • Drive fellow engagement with creative initiatives and resources.

Launch New Fellow Program

  • Co-create and lead the launch of an exciting new higher level/ follow-on program in 2025

What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant experience in sales / revenue generation, developing / reporting on educational programs & community engagement.
  • A strong passion for our mission
  • Strong organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-starter with a passion for supporting professionals in achieving their goals.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRMs and remote collaboration tools.
