How I help doctors leave their jobs
beyna, director of Medic Footprints, reflects on her role in helping doctors leave their jobs, and shares for the Huffington Post.

Is this what I want to be known as?….The doctor who helped other doctors leave their jobs?
Of course – it doesn’t sound great on the surface, considering the current furore around junior doctor contracts, but the reality is, for a sustainable, high quality healthcare service in the future, we need the right people in the right jobs.
Why shouldn’t we support those who wish to leave their jobs for whatever reason, rather than encouraging them to stay in a position that would otherwise make them unhappy and likely result in them delivering a relatively poor service?
Check out what I blogged on Huffington Post UK about how I help doctors leave their jobs.
