£32,000–£42,000 per year (depending on experience) + performance-based bonuses

This is more than just a job—it’s a training role designed to develop you into a strategic leader over time.
What You’ll Do (A Training Role with Real Impact!)
You’ll work directly with our Founder and Leadership, learning the ins and outs of how to run and scale a business as part of a small yet mighty remote team.
While this is a training position, you’ll be trusted with real projects from day one, giving you the opportunity to make an immediate impact while developing your skills.
Your Responsibilities:
- Project Ownership: Take full ownership of projects—from planning to execution—with support from the founder.
- Growth Initiatives: Contribute to business development, marketing campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
- Operations Training: Learn how to manage and optimize internal processes, contributing to operational efficiency.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strategic Support: Work closely with the founder to implement high-impact business strategies.
