UK-based, must be tax resident | £35K-£50K base + uncapped commission (On Track Earnings £75K-£100K+)

About the Role
Medic Footprints is on a global mission to connect 1M doctors with the best in diverse careers – as leaders.
We help doctors develop high-value careers beyond clinical practice in tech, pharma, consulting, and wider industry niches.
Our Doctors in Industry Fellowship programs and strong worldwide community provide the network, tools, and opportunities to make this happen.
This role is for you if you:
- Are a Doctor, medical student or former
- Want to build business, sales & leadership skills in a high-growth company.

You’ll be publicly representing our brand on LinkedIn, leveraging it to grow industry connections. Occasional travel to London/Kent for meetings.
What You’ll Do
- Sell high-ticket programs to doctors, converting warm leads from our 20K+ email list.
- Build long lasting high ticket partnerships with corporates, startups & investment firms in pharma, medtech, and consulting.
- Work on revenue growth, commercial strategy & market expansion.
- Support our Doctors in Industry Fellowship and any other cross company business requirements
- Develop into a leadership role as the company scales.
What We’re Looking For
- Doctor, med student, or former looking to build commercial expertise and take ownership of an expansive role at an exciting point of our growth curve
- Motivated, proactive & results-driven – you want ownership, not just a job
- Entrepreneurial and growth mindset
- Able to work independently, manage projects & collaborate remotely.
- Commercial/sales experience is a bonus, but not essential.
Thrive on building relationships whilst helping doctors to succeed in their transformative high value industry careers
You’ll be working with a small yet mighty remote team of doctors and administrative staff in the UK and internationally
Compensation & Perks
£35K-£50K base + 5%-15% commission (OTE £75K-£100K+).
No prescribed hours – role is results driven, however you will realistically need substantial weekday availability on a regular basis and be expected to attend online team meetings
Remote working with occasional travel to London / Kent
Unlimited leave during the day – as long as targets are met.
