We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to join us as the right-hand person to our Founder and drive our ambitious vision forward.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and empower our global, remote team to perform at their best.
• Lead and streamline operations, ensuring we work smarter, not harder.
• Develop and execute B2B strategies that deliver impactful results.
• Play a pivotal role in growing revenue through sales initiatives and partnerships.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping the Founder stay focused on the big picture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in operations and team management.
• A solid track record in sales and driving revenue growth.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, flexible, and remote environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A proactive problem solver with a passion for making things happen.
