I devised the Anxious Doctor Blog, as I want those struggling with stress or mental health issues, from whatever walk of life, to feel they are not alone.
There are a lot of resources out there and it can be difficult to tease out the high value ones. So I developed the Covid 19 Resources page to signpost people to reliable resources to stay well in the pandemic and beyond.
I have made Key-worker Wellbeing Videos, designed to be watched on, or between, busy shifts. They each contain one simple wellbeing tool.
I have developed the Working Well from Home Toolkit to help so may of us adapting to the new way of working from home. I used this as the basis for my upcoming article ‘ How to Work Well from Home’ coming shortly on the Medics Footprints website.
