This role heads up the Google Health user research team in the UK, working with the user research team in the US. As a User Research Manager, you’ll oversee and coordinate research work in the UK, on clinician facing products for Google Health, ensuring a steady stream of user insights into product design and development, from foundational to evaluative research, and to collaborate across disciplines and geographies with teams working on clinical products, including design, UX research, engineering, strategy and clinical.
You’ll be responsible for managing user experience researchers for Google Health in London, mentoring and growing the talented members of the team along their career paths. Streams is our secure mobile assistant for clinicians, providing the tools they need to spot health conditions on the move and prioritize patient care. Within the team, we bring together specialists who know what it takes to deploy clinical tools in practice – engineers, clinicians, translational researchers and more.
Building on the work of Google Health, who have made major AI advances in the fields of medical imaging and electronic health records, our vision is for Streams is to become an AI-powered assistant for clinicians everywhere – combining the best algorithms with intuitive design.
