Our Global Health team is looking to recruit a Senior Consultant – Digital Healthcare Consulting to help grow our digital healthcare offering and support the wider development of our project teams within the healthcare sector globally.

The Digital Healthcare consulting team is a rapidly growing team that works across public health, healthcare system design and reconfiguration including healthcare infrastructure delivery; and across Mott MacDonald’s technical and engineering disciplines.

We help our clients use digital, data, and technology to transform health and healthcare by
* Designing healthcare facilities, fit for the future, with digital at the core
* Redesigning care services with a ‘digital first’ approach
* Harnessing digital solutions to address health challenges in low- and middle-income countries

We combine deep expertise in digital transformation, with a specific focus on the healthcare sector and have extensive experience exploring and exploiting opportunities at the intersection of digital and healthcare. We are passionate about supporting healthcare clients as their progress on their digital journey.
We are looking for likeminded individuals who have experience from health providers who have delivered large-scale, digital-enabled transformation programmes, health technology vendors/start-ups or from NHS strategic organisations, with a particular emphasis on digital interventions in healthcare system and hospital design and offering our clients more imaginative service offers to suit their needs.

Reporting to the Digital Healthcare Lead, the Senior Consultant will be an exceptional individual with hands-on experience in healthcare in one or more of the following
* Development of pragmatic digital strategies, aligned with clinical & organisational strategies, define the future state & articulate the steps required to achieve the future state
* Articulation of case for change, identify the options available to achieve the digital ambitions, and outline the associated costs and benefits
* Programme management, planning and delivery of digital-enabled transformation programmes
* Implement change in digital context, where stakeholders are engaged and supported to embrace new technologies and digital ways of working
* Design and development of ‘smart buildings’ combining experience delivering digital transformation projects across healthcare and infrastructure
