Registered/Clinic Manager – Private Medical Cannabis Clinic – Fully Remote

Job Description:
They are looking for an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to join their growing team and help establish our new medical cannabis clinic.
The successful candidate will work closely with our CQC compliance partners, ensuring that the company is fully compliant with all CQC regulations and requirements, whilst providing the highest level of care to service users. This position will report directly to the General Manager/Medical Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our CQC compliance company to achieve and maintain CQC licenses for the clinic.
- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of clinical practice and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to provide exceptional patient care and support.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the clinic, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Monitor and evaluate the clinic’s performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers, regulators, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with specialist doctors for the prescription of Schedule 2 Medications CBPM (Cannabis-Based Products for Medicinal use), ensuring strict adherence to guidelines and regulations.
Requirements:
- Must hold a current Registered Manager position in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulators, and patients.
- Proficient in telehealth technologies and systems.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Previous experience in medicinal cannabis or related healthcare industry is beneficial but not essential at all
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
