Job Overview

This role is expected to support the Sales Team in preparing proposals and eventually finalising the transaction. As part of quality assurance across multiple key accounts, this role will be involved in execution and implementation of deliverables to the clients.


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and sustain trusting relationship with clients to understand how to resolve their challenges and bring forth value for them
  • Collaborate internally and externally to develop/enhance new offerings/products for clients
  • Address and resolve clients’ challenges and concerns promptly
  • Oversee the coordination of execution and implementation of campaign/project deliverables, in tandem with agreed milestones
  • Compile reports with analysed data sets to provide meaningful status progress and actionable insights


Education level
  • Recognised Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3.2 CGPA or equivalent
  • Degree in healthcare discipline would be desirable (MBBS, MD, BSc etc)
Experience level

2 – 4 years full time employment

Functional skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (or equivalent)
  • Able to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner
  • Able to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience in working cross functionally and across Business Units to develop approach and implementation plans
  • Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical/FMCG would be desirable


Personal characteristics
  • Self-motivated, goal orientated and desirous in acquiring new skillsets and knowledge
  • Able to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Proficient in Bahasa and English. Additional languages/dialects is an add-on
