More than 300 professionals from the fields of Investment Banking, Law, Medicine, Engineering, Politics and Journalism have contributed to our programmes.

About the role

InvestIN aims to be the world’s no.1 provider of educational experiences.

We believe that to learn is to experience. Our mission is to deliver professional experiences to young people that they would otherwise consider a far-flung fantasy.

Our daily priority is to provide students with a first-class experience, from the moment they hear about our organisation to the point at which they return home from one of our programmes.

At every single touchpoint we are rigorously dedicated to creating ‘raving fans’, and adopt a ‘continuous improvement’ mindset.

The role of the Medicine Programme Manager is to help InvestIN create ‘raving fans’ every day within our Young Doctor series of programmes.

This includes:

  • Taking full control of all logistics related to our programmes, including: co-ordinating Programme Directors, speakers and their materials; managing the venue hire process; producing registers; procuring printed materials; arranging and managing event staff; and managing student feedback
  • Unleashing your creative energy to consistently challenge how our programmes can be improved
  • Developing new programmes and new content in the UK and abroad for a variety of students
  • Researching and developing new cities in which InvestIN can deliver programmes

About you

You are somebody who has already qualified as a doctor and has a deep passion for developing young people to fulfil their potential.

You are motivated to do something different with your life post-medicine; shunning the usual corporate schemes and looking to join a vibrant, fast-growing start-up which has already changed the lives of many.

You relish the fact that joining a dynamic enterprise will give you immediate, senior responsibility and a range of experience that others do not get until they have completed many years in corporate life.

As well as having qualified as a medical doctor you are able to demonstrate the following:

  • You feel a sense of passion and belonging when you read our cultural values
  • A deeply-invested belief in InvestIN’s sense of purpose and our programmes
  • A deeply-entrenched sense of personal pride in your work, and a commitment to giving a 5* experience in every interaction
  • Strong academics
  • Outstanding professional communication skills – both written and oral
  • A dedication to attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • An outgoing and confident personality
  • A sense of dedication which goes beyond thinking of your career as just a job
  • Fantastic creativity
