SafeAP Partner, the practitioner app, is an all-in-one system that allows practitioners to manage their bookings, documentation and finances.
SafeAP, the client app, works as a personalised aesthetic diary for clients allowing them to take control of their aesthetic journey.
Starting out as a non-surgical aesthetic practitioner in 2015, Sieuming faced many challenges.
The first was growing her aesthetic business.
There was no one tool that allowed her to manage her client bookings, document digitally and keep track of her earnings.
The second was how poorly regulated the non-surgical aesthetic industry is.
Procedures were performed by anyone and complications from infection to vascular occlusion were on the rise.
Through conversations with her colleagues in aesthetics, she realised that they were all in the same boat. One of her colleagues had even missed appointments because it was difficult to keep track of them with a paper diary.
Juggling a side hustle and working for the NHS was not easy.
Having been friends for 14 years, Subha joined Sieuming’s plight in improving the safety within the non-surgical aesthetic industry.
Having suffered with acne and skin confidence, SafeAP resonated with Subha as she had found it difficult finding an aesthetic practitioner that she could trust.
After trialing a few big clinics, she put her journey with non-surgical aesthetics on hold as she felt “out of place” at these clinics.
She also found it hard to research aesthetic treatments that would suit her based on her skin type and issues.
SafeAP Partner is designed with healthcare professionals in mind.
The built-in documentation tool allows practitioners to take a medical history, consent and digitally document every procedure.
If clients have any enquiries, they can approach their practitioners using the in-app messenger. This allows practitioners to streamline these processes allowing them to conduct their clinic smoothly.
The information portal provides reliable and researched information for both clients and practitioners, including a podcast by Sieuming and Subha.
