This role has both breadth and depth – enabling you to fully explore and realise your skillsets in the commercial world – with doctors at the very heart of it all!
You will be working very closely with Dr. Abeyna Bubbers-Jones, the Founder and her team to help galvanise and grow the impact of our brand – particularly amongst industry.
The role is a comprehensive mix of operational, business development, client based work and doctor community management.
We are looking for a doctor who is ready to grow into a leader with a view to serve doctors exploring alternative careers across the world.
We want you to grow with us.
We don’t expect you to be the finished article at this stage or have prior experience working for a similar company (not that there are many about..!)
We simply want to see evidence of clear motivation, ambition and willingness to learn whilst subscribing to our mission, culture and values.
The doctor in this role will be trained to progress into a formal leadership position within our organisation in the near future.

This role is 98% remote with some very occasional requirements to attend in-person client meetings which are mostly in central London.
To start, we will need you to work 3 days per week or the equivalent of 24hrs per week between Monday – Friday with well defined availability with the period of 9am – 6:30pm UK time.
You will be working with a small team based in the UK and Malaysia. Day to day you will communicate with up to 3 team members mostly on Slack and Zoom, not forgetting the client and doctor video calls we will expect you to hold.

Our Founder is herself a mother of a very active 19 month old girl, which she balances alongside running Medic Footprints and continuing to practice as an Occupational Health Consultant.
This role will start as soon as we find the right person – and we’re looking for you to start as soon as possible!
