The Role

As we continue in a period of significant growth, we are looking for individuals to drive delivery of tangible results working in partnership with our clients. You will be a committed team player with the ability to support and inspire our clients. You will contribute to the rapid growth of our business by supporting our business to do what we do even better.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery

  • Supporting engagements of varying scale and complexity.
  • Taking a key role in delivery of client workshops, meetings and presentations.
  • Ensuring all deliverables produced meet or exceed client expectations.

Client Engagement

  • Managing stakeholder expectations proactively.
  • Communicating confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Developing and nurturing key client relationships.

Knowledge and Innovation

  • Utilising experience to support delivery.
  • Building expertise and knowledge of health and care market and digital sector.
  • Developing consulting skills, supported by wider Channel 3 team.

Candidate Attributes

The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital health and care and a drive to help clients deliver successful digital initiatives and associated business change.

In addition, they will have:

  • Knowledge of the digital health and social care market.
  • Established consulting skills and capabilities.
  • Understanding of structures and business processes in the NHS and/or local government sectors.
  • Experience in supporting delivery of technology solutions to support and enable clients to operate more effectively and efficiently.
  • Experience in supporting the design and planning of digital initiatives (e.g. through business cases, options appraisals and roadmaps).
  • A hands-on approach and a confidence to engage with clients and make things happen.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and an engaging approach with colleagues and client stakeholders.
  • Strong ethics and integrity and the ability to act as a role model to others.
  • Ability to produce impactful documentation and reports that can engage across different stakeholders.

Terms

Location: Home based with travel to client and supplier sites and head office in central London as and when required.
