Andreas Hadjitheoris, ex McKinsey consultant and founder and managing director of start up consultancy firm Transformation Nous (TN) is here to educate you and answer your questions.

AT McKinsey, he worked with NHS hospitals as well as healthcare providers internationally focusing on hospital operational transformations and cost improvements. Some of the areas Andreas focuses on include:

Emergency pathway operational transformation, Hospital cost improvement programmes (CIPs), Hospital Service Line Reporting.

Andreas holds an MBA (Finance) from the Wharton School in the US and an MA in Economics from Cambridge University.

Joining Andreas will be:

Duncan Morrison, who has been identifying and delivering real sustainable operational and financial improvements originally with Newton Europe and more recently as an independent advisor for NHS Trusts all over the country.

And Ishan Wijewardana – a doctor by background who transitioned into consulting during his foundation training. He joined TN following a short period with a small consulting firm, working in marketing and financial analytics.
